Returns & Refunds

The buyer may cancel any order for goods for any reason up to the point stock has been ordered from France and before production has begun, if done prior to this stage any payments made by the buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. However, if you have made an error or would like to cancel your order please notify us on the contact us form clearly stating your order number within a 2 hour period. Unfortunately, errors notified after this stage may incur a restocking charge/administration fee as all stock is shipped from the KAPPA warehouse in France for branding in the UK. The buyer may cancel any contract for services at any time before seven working days have passed from the day after the contract was made and any payments made by the buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, the supplier starts to perform its side of the contract with the agreement of the buyer before the buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the supplier by e-mail or letter within 72 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contracts. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the supplier within 7 days of delivery. The buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the supplier on the package.

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.


Our warranty contained in 'Products' above is subject to the following conditions:

(i) the Products must be stored in appropriate conditions; if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result;

(ii) any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects apparent on delivery in the Products must be notified to us by you within 72 hours of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the order reference number; failure to notify us, within 72 hours of the delivery date, will deem you to have accepted the Products. In some cases, we may require you to return the defective Products to us at its cost. We will examine the returned Product and will, where appropriate, notify you of your refund or replacement Product via email or telephone within a reasonable period of time.

Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we can, at our option, make up the shortages or replace the Products free of charge, or refund the price of the Products in question to you. However, if you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you-you should notify us immediately and we will take up the issue with our courier and come to an amicable resolution with you.

In addition for defective Products, we will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the Product, but we shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the Products. We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
